The Thoreau Elementary School F4F chapter is led by Julie Lynch and Colleen Bixby. They share a partnership with Friends of the Children Boston, a nonprofit that impacts generational change by empowering youth who are facing the greatest obstacles through relationships with professional mentors – 12+ years, no matter what. The Thoreau F4F chapter provides groceries and other essential items that their partner requests on behalf of their students and families.
