The Sumner Neighborhood Summer Chapter is led by Jack McShane (9th). They share a partnership with FAN, whose mission is to provide youth impacted by the child welfare system opportunities to nurture their interests and talents, acquire new skills, and gain a sense of personal and group recognition in an atmosphere of hope. The Sumner Neighborhood Summer Chapter provides groceries and other essential items that their nonprofit partner requests on behalf of their families.
