Pate Falter
Program Manager

Pate Falter is a driven young professional committed to making a positive impact in communities through education and the nonprofit sector. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Pate holds degrees in Political Science and Human Development and Family Science, with a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. 

During her academic career, Pate immersed herself in service-oriented internships and held significant leadership roles. She served on the Board and Executive Leadership team of the Carolina Union Activities Board as the Vice President of Programming and led as President of the Carolina Student Council on Family Relations, demonstrating a dedication to community engagement and family services. Currently, Pate serves on the board of a DMV-based nonprofit, City Girls DC, as the Director of Operations.

Pate is excited to contribute to the powerful mission of Families4Families. She is passionate about the community-driven approach of F4F and looks forward to developing relationships with everyone involved, especially nonprofit partners and student leaders. She hopes to further the growth and reach of F4F to foster youth leadership development and alleviate food insecurity in as many communities as possible.
