Gracie McElroy
Executive Director
Gracie McElroy is a thoughtful young leader motivated by the idea that making a community better, makes a region better, makes a nation better, and ultimately, makes the world better. She has worked with and for various NGOs and nonprofits in the US, Europe, and India.
As Executive Director of Families4Families, she oversees the orchestration of impactful initiatives, manages relationships with F4F’s Board of Directors, nonprofit partners, donors, and grantors, and works closely with student leaders and volunteers. As F4F continues to expand, Gracie is spearheading outreach efforts to school districts across the United States, ensuring Families4Families' mission reaches every corner of the country.
Beyond the office, Gracie enjoys being outside, reading memoirs, and exploring unique corners of the world. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Sewanee: The University of The South where she studied English and Economics.
