Alex Marshall

Alex Marshall has 25 years of institutional real estate investing experience including 20 years as a partner at FCP. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Marshall was a member of the Real Estate Group at JP Morgan Partners, where he participated in underwriting, structuring, closing, and asset managing a $650 million portfolio consisting of over 60 value-add and opportunistic real estate investments. Before joining JP Morgan Partners, Mr. Marshall was an Associate in the Acquisitions Group at ING Clarion, a New York-based real estate investment firm. While there, Mr. Marshall closed on the purchase of real estate assets valued in excess of $550 million for various institutional clients.
Prior to moving to the Acquisitions Group at ING Clarion, Mr. Marshall served as the lead Financial Analyst on a $2 billion retail portfolio consisting of 27 properties nationwide. Mr. Marshall is a co-founder and member of the board of directors of Washington DC-based Families4Families, a Founding Member and Advisor to the Fair Chance Fund, and previously a 7-year member of the board of directors of Operation Smile International where he served on the finance committee. Mr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
